Yetunde Taiwo Shorters, Serial Entrepreneur and founder of ICY PR and Afropolitan Chef was invited to the San Francisco headquarters of Williams Sonoma to teach a cooking class to 20-food enthusiast. On Wednesday July 8th Yetunde prepared 3 main dishes that included the starter: Tuna tartare over plantain chips, entré : jollof rice with baked chicken in tomato/red peppers sauce and mini buns with a cream dip for dessert.
