Pastor Arrested At Enugu Airport With Drugs

When God said he will start his judgement from the church some people wonder why. A pastor, Daniel Akintola who is one of the pastors at the Gospel Faith Mission International, Olayemi Assembly, Ipaja, Lagos (strange name of church tho) has been apprehended in Enugu airport by NDLEA men on his way back from Uganda.

According to Daniel who tried to abandon his luggage and flee when he noticed the men had to recheck his luggage again, but was apprehended however admitted he owns the luggage but said he knows nothing about the 1.9 kilogrammes of heroin found in it.
“I am a pastor with the Gospel Faith Mission International, Olayemi Assembly, Ipaja, Lagos. I attended a ministers’ conference in Uganda. This bag containing heroin is my bag, but I am a pastor and not a drug trafficker,” he said.
When asked to prove if he truly attended the minsters' conference in Uganda as claimed by him, the 43-year old pastor couldn’t prove it. He is presently in the custody of the NDLEA men.
