Apparently irked by the N9billion wardrobe allowance
currently causing controversy all over the nation, President Muhammadu
Buhari has directed the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal
Commission (RMAFC) to make reports to his office concerning the issue.
According to Peoples Daily, some of the president’s aides have reportedly called his attention to the controversy shortly after he returned from South-Africa, urging him to intervene.
The president’s stance on corruption is well known by all and sundry and his recent move will not come as a surprise to observers.
