Governor Rochas Okorocha visits President Jacob Zuma of South Africa at
the Union Building Pretoria, to discuss issues relating to Education as
it affects both parties. How much efforts can be made to make Education
more effective and Children of poor parents and Orphans can also go to
school even when they have no one to sponsor them. "Education is the
best gift you can ever give any child" Governor Rochas.
